About Our Association
The Green Acres Civic Association represents every person in Green Acres in matters regarding the safety, maintenance, well-being, activities and enjoyment of our neighborhood.The Civic Association is composed of neighborhood residents - volunteers who donate their time, expertise, and love of the neighborhood.

What's New
Community Events Cancelled
Due to the current Stay at Home order by Governor Carney, in the face of the Coronavirus pandemic, your GACA Board is cancelling all events scheduled through the end of May.
We will advise if the June Community Block Party will be held with social distancing paramenters in place.

Architectural Review Committee
Winter is winding down, but you may be starting to plan for yard or house changes for when the weather gets warmer. 
Please remember that the Green Acres Architectural Review Committee needs to be notified of any outdoor construction (fences, sheds, or home additions or renovations) before the work begins. ARC has the authority to approve or deny remodeling or fence plans based on our deed restrictions.

For your convenience, we've added electronic payment!
You can now use PayPal to pay your 2019-2020 annual dues. The Dues link is to the left and you can pay by credit card, debit card, or from your checking account.
But, don't worry if you still prefer stamps, envelopes and snail mail. That works too!

On Monday November 18 at the fall meeting of the Green Acres Civic Association, a new slate of officers was unanimously confirmed.

GACA's New Contact Email
Your GACA Board of Officers has set up a new community email address. Wendy Dawson, Board Secretary will now monitor the new Green Acres Civic Association email. Use this address:greenacresde@gmail.com for any urgent community news or requests.
